The collection is designed to help visitors discover books and to showcase selected work associated with our platform.
No Open Public Uploading
MerchSpine does not currently operate an unrestricted public book-upload system.
Visitors cannot independently upload books and automatically publish them to the website.
All books displayed on the platform are added and managed by our authorized team.
How Books Are Added
A book may be added when an author, publisher, rights holder, or authorized representative engages MerchSpine for services including formatting, publishing assistance, marketing, promotion, or another related professional service.
Authorization
Anyone providing a book, cover image, description, author biography, manuscript, photograph, illustration, or other material to MerchSpine represents that they have the necessary authority to provide that material for the intended purpose.
Information That May Appear

Content Standards
MerchSpine reserves the right to refuse, restrict, edit, suspend, or remove material that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, contains fraudulent information, is submitted without authorization, contains malicious code, impersonates another person, is materially misleading, or otherwise violates MerchSpine policies.
Sensitive Content
Books may address mature, controversial, sensitive, political, religious, violent, or difficult subjects.
The subject matter of a book alone does not necessarily determine whether it can be represented on MerchSpine.
However, material must comply with applicable law and our platform policies.
Removal Requests
Authors, publishers, copyright owners, rights holders, and authorized representatives may contact MerchSpine regarding the accuracy, authorization, ownership, or continued display of a book.
Depending on the circumstances, we may correct information, update information, temporarily restrict a listing, remove specific material, remove the book page, or request additional information.
No Permanent Listing Guarantee
The publication of a book page does not guarantee that the page will remain online indefinitely.
